Gake Group ( Global Alliance of Kannur Engineers ) has been in existence since 1996 and Gake Developers Pvt Ltd is a flagship unit of our group. We are a group of Engineers from Govt Engineering College Kannur passed out between year 1990-1992.
Why are we in business?
It was after 15-16 years of leaving the campus that we decided to launch this company. Most of us were working in different countries in very big companies with Senior Managerial profiles when we first started thinking about what we can GIVE BACK to our Kerala and Kerallites.
We realized that the best way to GIVE BACK to our homeland is by investing our money, brain, and experience for creating better quality, affordable and environment friendly housing and infrastructure there by creating job opportunities and quality of life in Kerala.
Management
Each of our unit is successfully managed by skilled professionals who head various departments. The promoters themselves are technocrats with vast international experience.
Objective
Our main objective is to focus in the community/nation building by creating
-- Growth in quality of life by generating jobs through investments in industries in Kerala
-- Affordable and Environmentally friendly housing developments for middle class families
-- Reinvesting a significant portion of our profit to other community development activities.
